Service Description

Available for ages 6-12 years old (advanced youth may join teen training) Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4.00-5.00pm We will be working on: *Strength *Conditioning *Speed *Power *Agility *Jumping *Confidence *Health Price is $100 for the month, or $25 per week.
